When you join us, you can expect a comprehensive induction to ensure that you know all about our successful business, its place in the insurance market and our range of products. It’ll also bring you fully up-to-speed with our systems and working methods, as well as all the legal bits and pieces you’ll need to know, before we hand over responsibilities to you.
We’ll even make sure you’re fully clued-up on the world of motorcycling and give you the chance to enhance your communication and call-handling skills along the way.
But the training doesn’t stop there
You’ll also enjoy continued internal coaching and development throughout your time with us. And we’ll give you the chance to work towards insurance qualifications that will take your career from strength to strength.

Show us you’ve the potential, and we’ll support and encourage you to progress along either a technical or managerial route. On the programme, our best performers have received their first promotion after just nine months, and you too could be ready to move into a team leader or senior technical role within 18 months.
